Dear Brothers,
We have updates to share from the actives, scholarship chair, and UAA finance team as we close out 2025. As you consider end-of-year charitable donations we want to remind you of several tax-deductible fundraising campaigns, each of which support the actives and chapter house in different ways! yf UAA |

| House Improvement and Renovation Fund |
This fund supports targeted house improvement projects identified and executed by active members. Currently we are raising funds for new weight room equipment with a goal of raising $10,000 for this flagship renovation project!!

This fund supports grants which provide additional incentives to attract new members, recognizing the substantial effort and time they will be committing to growing the chapter. To that end, this fund defrays 25% of the year one house bill for each new member.

Upsilon Actives: Fall semester updates!!! |
We have many accomplishments to be proud of, foremost being that we defined ourselves by receiving our charter, initiating our first pledge class, and hosting our first Saturday dinners. | |
Whether it be our raffle, Pelt-a-Delt or cleaning Saratoga State Park, we contributed to organizations that make our community thrive. |
After a long wait, the renovations are complete and we are grateful to finally move into the house in mid-January, officially calling 133 Sunset Terrace our home. |

Whether it be our raffle, Pelt-a-Delt or cleaning Saratoga State Park, we contributed to organizations that make our community thrive. |

Spring rush is coming soon. We are planning events, pricing for shirts and rallying our potential new members (PNMs). We will have a large list of candidates and will be extending bids to high quality men. |
We are extremely grateful for all the alumni support we've received during the recolonization and renovation phases, the recruitment fund grants to help with housing costs, and are excited to keep growing and developing the chapter! yf Michael Kennedy (Closet '28) Recruitment Chair |

Doc Medicus Scholarship returns!! |
As Upsilon’s flame now burns anew, the Doc Medicus Scholarship Committee and I are delighted to announce the return of the award. Let us begin with a refresher: the merit-based award is given to an active brother who best represents the values and qualities of Upsilon, recognizing his dedication to leadership and academics. This year we are giving one merit-based award at $6,500 and three needs-based awards at $2,500 each. These four awards will finally bring us over the $100,000 given mark, an achievement in itself.
With that, we are honored to present the 2025 merit-based scholarship to Elijah “Lt. Don” Dalelio, the chapter’s president! As always, a hearty thank you to all the brothers who donated to create and grow the scholarship fund! I will leave you with a plea to remember Doc’s guidance through all those years of highs and lows and involve yourself as you can with this new era of Upsilon.

Hello, in an effort to have transparency regarding UAA finances, we are providing our Bookkeeper's Review for the Upsilon Alumni Association as of the end of November 2025. We have approximately $27,000 in the Operating Fund and about $35,000 in the Savings Account. We have made the first semester distribution of $20,000 to the Active brother recruitment fund house bills. I believe we should continue to support the recruitment activities, brothers-in-need, and specific Shelter improvement goals moving forward. Thank you for your attention and generous donations!

As we reactivate Upsilon, renovate the Shelter in 2025, and support the actives going into 2026 and beyond, your financial, expertise and volunteering support is most appreciated!!! The UAA has been created to strengthen the Delt community by providing face to face and virtual events, provide a communication platform for the Alumni, and importantly, provide continuity and separation from RPI. Your tax-deductible donation is appreciated, and eligible for corporate-matching via Benevity. Also, please consider how you can get involved directly in a UAA role in 2026. Please contact us for more info.
